SWITCH TO DIGITAL TV

GET READY...

for dramatically better television!

The switch to digital TV is coming.

As you may have heard, Congress has mandated significant changes for the entire television broadcasting industry. By law, all American television stations must complete their digital transition and turn-off their analog signal by February 17, 2009.  On that day, free over-the-air television (the way many of you now receive your TV signal) goes digital. With digital television (or DTV) you will notice crystal clear picture and sound–and receive additional free broadcast TV channels, including UNC-TV’s  digital channels.

UNC-TV is here to help you make the switch to DTV.
UNC-TV is committed to helping you make the switch as painlessly as possible.  Many of your questions will be answered here.  If you still have questions, for additional help please contact UNC-TV's Viewer Services at 1-888-292-7070 or viewer@unctv.org.
